Privacy notice to customers and suppliers provided by Industrie Ceramiche Piemme S.p.A. pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Whereas:1)following your visits to this site, the filling in of forms, the receipt of your requests/queries, preliminary contacts, market research and surveys, the possible establishment of business relations, our company will collect and process your personal data;
2) to be clear, below are the definitions specified in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person («data subject»); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
Processing: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Therefore, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679,

that this company collects and processes your personal data in conformity with the following:

general purposes: your data will be processed to satisfy your requests/queries, for the correct performance of bureaucratic, accounting, fiscal, commercial, technical and business activities required by law and in any case strictly relevant to the existing relations;

"direct marketing" purposes: your data may be used only and exclusively upon your free, optional, specific and express consent that you can withdraw at any time, to send advertising material and/or communications by post, email, telephone, fax, SMS, MMS and the like; after expressing your consent, you are entitled to object to the processing of your data for this purpose at any time and without charge;

"profiling" purposes:the data (not sensitive and/or special) provided when you fill in our forms and/or sheets may be used only and exclusively upon your free, optional, specific and express consent that you can withdraw at any time, also to identify and define your tastes, personal preferences, habits, needs and consumer choices (so-called "profiling"). After you give your consent, you are entitled to object to the processing of your data for this purpose at any time and without charge;
d)
modalities:data will be processed in both paper form and/or using electronic and/or computerised and/or telecommunications media and instruments, in full compliance with statutory provisions, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness and in such a way as to ensure their confidentiality;
e)
optional provision: you are not obliged to provide your data, this is optional;
f)
what happens if you refuse: if you refuse to provide your data or object in full to their processing for the purposes under point a), it will not be possible to satisfy some of your requests; however, if you deny the use of your data under points b) and c), it will have no effect at all on the business relations with us or on the recognition of advantages connected to promotions;
g)
entities or categories of persons (recipients) to whom personal data may be disclosedi: your data may be disclosed to third parties only to fulfil legal or contractual obligations. Your data will not be disseminated under any circumstances;
h)
persons authorised to process the data: your data will be processed only and exclusively by a restricted number of company employees in the administrative, marketing, and electronic documentation centre and commercial sector with specific authorisation for this;
i)
automated decision-making: no automated decision-making processes exist at all; with regard to "profiling", see the above point c);
j)
rights of the data subject: you have all the rights under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including the right to access your personal data, the right to erase them or to restrict their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, in addition to the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
k)
transfers to a third country: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the EU or to an international organisation shall be made on the basis of an adequacy decision by the Commission, or in the case of transfers referred to in Article 46 or 47, or the second subparagraph of Article 49 of the GDPR, on the basis of appropriate or suitable safeguards;
l)
period of data storage: data will be stored for the period strictly necessary to meet the requirements of the data subject or on the basis of the provisions of current legislation or any contractual clauses;
m)
controller: the Data Controller is Industrie Ceramiche Piemme S.p.A., headquartered in Fiorano Modenese (MO), Via Del Crociale no. 42/44, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative;
